Fiore Immigration (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you use our website www.fioreimmigration.es (the “Website”) and our services.

We collect the following types of personal data: name, email, phone number, address; username, password (securely hashed), and login activity; sensitive documents such as passports, visa applications, financial or personal documents related to immigration; documents uploaded for visa or relocation assistance; payment data processed via Stripe, PayPal, credit cards, or bank transfers (we do not store full card details); and technical & usage data such as IP address, browser type, cookies, and usage logs.

The purpose of processing personal and sensitive data is to create and manage user accounts, provide immigration assistance, visa guidance, document preparation, and relocation support, process payments securely, communicate with clients regarding services and updates, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Website.

Our legal basis under GDPR includes explicit consent for processing sensitive data, contract performance to provide requested services, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and service improvement.

Sensitive documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, with access restricted to authorized staff. Regular security audits and backups are performed. Users may request deletion of documents after service completion unless retention is required by law. Sensitive documents will be securely stored for six months after service completion and then permanently deleted.

Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; withdraw consent at any time; and file complaints with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

By creating an account and uploading documents, users explicitly consent to Fiore Immigration processing their personal and sensitive data for the purposes described above. Users confirm that all submitted documents belong to them or they have authorization to submit them.

Fiore Immigration uses the following third-party services: Google Drive for secure document storage, Stripe for payment processing, and PayPal for payment processing. All third-party providers comply with GDPR standards and act only as data processors. Data shared with these providers is limited to what is necessary for the service and protected according to their respective security measures.
